Your data stays yours

Runsemble stores your training data in your private iCloud account using CloudKit. We don't have access to your personal database. Your workouts, plans, and health data never leave Apple's infrastructure unless you explicitly choose to share them.

What we process

When generating or adjusting your training plan, we send anonymised training metrics (distances, paces, session types, and your feel ratings) to our AI service. This data is not stored after your plan is generated. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

HealthKit

Runsemble reads workout data and, if you opt in, cycle tracking data from Apple HealthKit. This data is used locally to link completed workouts and inform plan adjustments. We never write to HealthKit and never share HealthKit data with third parties.

No tracking

Runsemble does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or third-party data collection. We don't track how you use the app. There are no cookies on this website beyond what Cloudflare requires for security.
